Member of Technical Staff

As a Member of Technical Staff at Outis, you will work directly on product and infrastructure decisions, shipping software across the stack with a high bar for clarity, reliability, and speed.

Build product features end to end across frontend, backend, and internal systems.

Work directly with design and product to turn rough ideas into shipped software.

Make pragmatic technical decisions about architecture, tooling, and performance.

Improve reliability, maintainability, and product quality as the codebase evolves.

Contribute to product direction when engineering constraints or opportunities change the shape of the work.

Operate with a high degree of ownership in a small, fast-moving team.

You are technically strong, product-minded, and comfortable working without a lot of process. You can move between systems work and user-facing product work, and you care about making software feel clear and well-made.

Strong software engineering experience shipping production systems.

Ability to work across the stack rather than in a narrow silo.

Good product judgment and comfort working from incomplete specifications.

Ability to write clean, maintainable code and make sensible tradeoffs.

Comfort collaborating closely with design and iterating quickly.

Based in Seoul or able to work from Seoul.

Experience working in small product-focused teams, startups, or venture studios.

Experience with modern web application architecture.

Interest in consumer software, systems design, and product engineering.

This is a Seoul-based full-time role. We expect close collaboration with the team, and the exact working rhythm will be discussed during the process.
